Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Richard Castro operates Destiny 2 Glam and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us at richard@mmoglamour.com.

2. Data we collect

When you sign in with Discord or Google we receive and store your display name, email address, avatar and the provider account identifier. We also store the content you create: glamours, images, descriptions, likes, favorites, the reports and suggestions you submit, and any account restrictions and appeals. We do not ask for your game credentials or any other personal data.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to create and keep your profile, show your glamours, let you like and favorite content, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. What is public

Your display name, avatar, glamours and their images are public. Your email address is never shown to other users; only the site administrators can see it. Uploaded images are converted to WebP in your browser, which removes camera and location metadata.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views; it does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Service providers

To run the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Discord and Google (sign-in), our hosting and analytics provider, our database provider and Cloudflare (image storage). They may process data outside your country. Item icons are loaded directly from the servers of the game data providers (Bungie for Destiny 2, Garmoth for Black Desert and an external host for Aion 2), which can therefore see your IP address when your browser requests them.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your glamours (and their images) at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, write to richard@mmoglamour.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at richard@mmoglamour.com.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown at the top. Questions: richard@mmoglamour.com.
